Frequently asked questions
How long can a driver's weekly working time be?
The full weekly working time of mobile workers is 48 hours. Exceptions and the method of calculation depend on the specific case, so it is worth checking them with us.
How long do I have to keep working time records?
Records are kept for at least three years after the end of the period they cover. Employers are responsible for the records.
Do I have to transfer tachograph data to SOTAH?
Yes. Employers must transfer tachograph data to the central tachograph data processing system. We help you check that you are doing it correctly.
I have received a penalty notice. Can you help?
We can review the notice and the data on which it was issued and explain your options.
